Laptop Computer Mail-in Repair

Even if you don't live within driving distance of our Repair Office, you can still take advantage of our low prices and quality service, for your laptop computer needs. You can ship your laptop to us from any distance, and we will repair it for you!

Just mail your laptop to our Repair Office, and we will repair it for the same cost as we would if you brought it to our office in person. Even if you live in southern California, we can still save you a trip to our Repair Office, if you don't want to pay for an onsite visit to your home or business.

Just ship your laptop computer to us, and we can do the rest. You only pay the shipping charges to our Repair Office. We will pay the charge to return your laptop to you.

To take advantage of this convenient service, just fill out our mail-in contact form (see below) Then, you will receive a unique ID number. When you ship your laptop to us, make sure you include a copy of this number with your computer. As soon as we receive your laptop, one of our agents will call you to let you know we have received your computer. The agent will also give you an estimate of the repair time and cost, for your approval.

When you talk to our agent, you can feel free to ask any questions or make any requests. Our agent can provide other information you might want or need, for example, part availability or repair expediting options. All of these services you receive at no extra charge!

Note: If you mail your laptop computer to us and decide not to have it repaired, you must still pay our $29.99 diagnostic fee plus the return shipping cost.
