We see it all the time. A computer company will advertise incredibly low hourly rates or service charges. Then, they send you their version of a "technician," who doesn't actually deserve that title at all. It takes this so-called "technician" five hours to repair your computer. So now, not only has this person blown your whole day, but he/she has also managed to charge you for five hours worth of work. 

Unfortunately, computer repair companies are becoming notorious for overcharging. There is always some loophole or some catch. Then, you end up spending way more than you were expecting. We don't want to be a part of this bad statistic. We want to break the mold. We want to prove to you that we really do work extra hard at keeping our prices down to a reasonable level.

To prove this, we have introduced the MJM Network Price Caps.

With our Price Caps, you are assured that your labor charge will never exceed the amounts listed below. In addition, you still have the same confidence of knowing that we don't charge for a service unless it actually resolves your problem (see our No Repair, No Pay policy).

Here are our Price Caps:

Drop-off Price Cap
All repairs shall never exceed more than $199.99 in labor per system worked on.

Onsite Price Cap
All repairs shall never exceed more than $299.99 in labor per system worked on.

Remote Service Price Cap
All repairs shall never exceed more than $199.99 in labor per system worked on.

Note: All of our Price Caps are per system only and do not include parts or shipping charges. A system is a single desktop, laptop or server computer, or a single printer or other peripheral device. Price Caps do not include non-repair related charges, for example, shopping, training, or continuation fees. Network Price Caps are figured on a per-system repaired or worked-on basis.
